Mining For YOUR MLM Gold

I just uploaded a video titled:

What Duplicates In MLM is Failure

Sad but true..

1-800-772-9781 x 10

If after this note you are compelled to call that number…

PLEASE follow YOUR Gut!

Because deep down you feel it and they don’t

call it Gut Instinct for nothing…

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Stop trying to learn just the “HOW TO’S
and learn how “TO THINK”
Some of you know this and well some don’t..
So here I go again, hanging myself out for the world
to see just like laundry on a clothes line..
I spent $30,000 on trying to learn just the
“how to’s..
Ouch.. I bet you just felt that sting..But it’s true.
Those above me kept telling me “to do” more..
Do this, Do that, Buy more leads (from me), Place more ads,
Drive more traffic to their replicated web site,
Blah
Blah
Blah
Well, guess what I actually made a few sales didn’t know why
and so I kept throwing money at more “how to’s”.
Only to end up duplicating more failure that runs so rampant
out here and with-in this industry.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whose fault?

Theirs?

Mine?

What’s going on?

Here is where

“Smart BEcomes The NEW Sexy”

What I know is this…

the ONLY thing I can fix is ME..

So I picked myself up, dusted myself off and went

looking for better truth while they kept raking in the money

from the ignorance and greed that lie with-in ALL of us.

Not my kind of people

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You see there is a BIG difference in
teaching someone to make $10,000 and teaching
someone to BEcome the person who makes $10,000
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Now we are talking..

I started digging up nuggets of gold

I found my “gold mine” and you can too!

Learn to oscillate in ALL YOU do…

Stay in the company you are in and

come learn how to be your own Market Place!

As Grim As The Economic Picture Is…

thrive

As grim as the economic picture seems, one thing is certain:

It won’t destroy YOU… unless you let it.

It is time for you to look in the mirror and answer this simple question:

“What will it take for me to WIN in this relentless, turbulent economy?”

The answer is TRAINING.

Not good intentions… wishes… and hopes.

You have no alternative but to invest in yourself.

If you take this time to REINVENT YOURSELF..

RETOOL YOURSELF… and start making the essential changes

you need to unleash the winner within…

you will THRIVE durning the next 12 months.

Winners always find opportunity in adversity.

If you think you can maintain the status quo…

that good enough performance will sneak you through…

your very survival is in question.

Here’s To Thriving!

Being “Over The Hill” Is To Old! Really?

Allow me to share with you an article I found to be interesting and most insightful with much promise. Now that I am officially considered “over the hill”

Thank You Ray Tamayo

For our fifth annual roundup, BusinessWeek readers nominated a record number of young entrepreneurs. Meet the 25 most impressive

Welcome to our fifth annual roundup of the country’s most promising young entrepreneurs. Before we get started examining the new batch, consider this question: Who is more likely to start a business: A college student or a worker with a few decades of experience? Yep, you guessed it: the experienced worker. More from BusinessWeek.com:

• America’s Best Young Entrepreneurs 2009

• Entrepreneurs Who Started Young

• Special Report: America’s Best Young Entrepreneurs

It turns out it’s boomers, not twentysomethings, who start the most businesses in the U.S. Over the past decade or so, the highest rate of entrepreneurial activity belongs to the 55-64 age group.

The 20-34 age bracket, by contrast, had the lowest rate. That’s according to a recent report by Dane Stangler, a senior analyst with the Kauffman Foundation, based on data collected from 1996 to 2007. It echoes research by entrepreneur-turned-academic Vivek Wadhwa, who found that twice as many tech entrepreneurs create ventures in their 50s as do those in their early 20s.

So not only are these entrepreneurs navigating the toughest economy many of us have ever lived through, they’re also vastly outnumbered by older, more experienced competitors, who usually have more contacts and capital. That’s even more reason to continue to give young entrepreneurs the encouragement, respect, and awe that they’ve received since becoming cultural icons during the dot-com boom.

Stangler says he’s not suggesting young people aren’t entrepreneurial or won’t be. “The cachet of large, established companies has taken a hit. Job tenure has been falling for a long time. Employment is not going to recover in the very near future. People across all age groups are going to take the future into their own hands.”

And one can start there at the above link to check out what the “over the hill”, “experienced worker” folk are learning. And feel free to go here and see how we are learning the “Real Deal”. We don’t do MLM… we use MLM

If You Are Hoping To Get Lucky… Don’t

Man It’s a beautiful day here in NJ I’m looking out my office window the sky is blue and the birds are singing. Fall is in the air and I knownew life is being planted..

I just finished watching a video that Eric Worre did. If you don’t know him look him up.

Some of you may know I recently turned 50. Boy who would have “thunk” I would be here so soon? Surely NOT me.

Which brings me to my post today I to find that some folks are just holding on to that lucky day when their dreams will come true. They join our profession and put it on luck, crossing their fingers and wishing for the magic to happen.

Well after 50 years it’s safe to say that yes,luck does happen “some” times but most of the time and for most of the folks it never does and so while the “lucky” believers are waiting for fate to “kick in” “luck” to appear time has past them by. And worse, these fine folks with God given potential believe these desires were just a foolish idea and they walk away.

While others like myself and many others believed from the get go that instead of waiting for luck we would go learn the skills we didn’t yet processes and develop the ones we knew we had.

If you are willing to develop skills and learn the things you don’t your chances of success are a slam dunk You can’t “luck” your way to the top. You can “skill” your every move and reach the new heights you were shooting for. Luck is great Skills are important! Thanks Eric

Here’s Truth And All That Jazz, JoAnn

Self-Sabotage is Painful. Stop it.

Knowing and Doing are two VERY different things.

Dreaming about results and Creating results are different things.

Worrying and Doing are two different things.

Knowing a role model and Using a role model

Are two VERY different things.

When your money shows up as a by-product

of massive contribution to others,

then you receive two benefits:

the money AND the satisfaction of enriching others’ lives!

Think about this…

Imagine if Paul McCartney, or John Lennon,

or Joe Schroeder , or Oprah Winfrey

— at the BEGINNING of their careers —

simply opted to win a lottery and sit home.

The world would be poorer, and so would they.

Instead — fortunately for many many people —

they followed subtle impulses of desire and intention,

which led to serving others in a creative way,

which yielded them enormous fortunes.

That’s great for celebrities,

but how do YOU find your own subtle

impulse of desire and intention?

How do your locate your own internal Guidance System?

Put my name is the comment box..

As the Guiding Light who sent you! Thanks ;-)

Don’t over look this download. Your internal

guidance is waiting for a jump start!

to be where you are!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It’s time to get real about your dreams
and what it takes to make them come true
How do you think the successful finally became successful?
Please tell me you do NOT believe they were just lucky
or that they are better than YOU..
They to just had ENOUGH of the “bullshit”
