spells real T.R.O.U.B.L.E!

You can win in this economy,

but you will need to become substantially better

at producing results than you are right now.

If you want to control your future,

become the CEO of your own career.

If you want to work for “the man”, that’s fine,

but pay very close attention.

Who are these peopel?  How have they broken thru the molds

of their previous experiences to go on and achieve their destiny?

Everyone has a special destiny,  but few reach it.

So I’m driving in my truck last night

and I get this concept..

God doesn’t give money He gives concepts..

I want to share with you the concept…

So I want you to think of me as Glenda

The Good Witch..

Remember her in the Wizard Of Oz

But please call me JoAnn..

Well Glenda knew Dorothy wanted to

get home.. She knew Dorothy had “IT” in her

to find her OWN WAY…

Dorothy just needed direction,

someone to believe in her.

Glenda also knew of the many dangers, toils and snares

she would encounter

(remember the flying monkeys?) (The wicked witch of the west)

just to name a few..

yet Glenda still had the faith to believe in

Dorothy’s “IT”. She gave her direction

and promised her to follow the yellow brick road and

she would get home.

You see a GOOD LEADER will also trust in YOU

before YOU trust in you as much.

They will point you in the direction you MUST go

knowing full well there will be many dangers toil and snares

You know the sharks out here who market so slick

To just get folks to empty their wallets, the disappointments

of downlines coming and going, the failed attemps, the

belief in self almost but gone…

however with-out them???

YOU would not have any reason to DIG more

To find what YOU are looking for. A GOOD LEADER know this

because they to did the same thing.

No one becomes free with-out a fight!

Glenda the Good Witch never held Dorthy’s hand

(she could have don’t you know)

But remember all those lesson’s

Dorothy Learned on her own

and using her own devices?

Heck she even made friends along the way

and they had an important place in all that Dorothy

Became aware of.

And check it out….they too learned many things!

Dorothy didn’t know it then but she was the tin man’s,

the scarecrow and that cowardly lion’s LEADER.

All because someone believed in HER and HER Dream enough

to point her in the right direction. And be her

Cheerleader!

One grows where they are celebrated NOT tolerated

It turns out it’s boomers, not twentysomethings,
who start the most businesses in the U.S.
Over the past decade or so,
the highest rate of entrepreneurial activity
belongs to the 55-64 age group.

The 20-34 age bracket, by contrast, had the lowest rate.
That’s according to a recent
report by Dane Stangler, a senior analyst with the Kauffman Foundation,
based on data collected from 1996 to 2007.
It echoes research by entrepreneur-turned-academic
Vivek Wadhwa, who found that twice as many
tech entrepreneurs create ventures
in their 50s as do those in their early 20s.

So not only are these entrepreneurs
navigating the toughest economy many of us
have ever lived through,
they’re also vastly outnumbered by older,
more experienced competitors,
who usually have more contacts and capital.
That’s even more reason to continue to give young entrepreneurs
the encouragement, respect, and awe that they’ve
received since becoming cultural icons during the dot-com boom.

Stangler says he’s not suggesting young people
aren’t entrepreneurial or won’t be.
“The cachet of large, established companies has taken a hit.
Job tenure has been falling for a long time.
Employment is not going to recover in the very near future.
People across all age groups are going
to take the future into their own hands.”

Man It’s a beautiful day here in NJ
I’m looking out my office window the sky
is blue and the birds are singing. Fall is in the air
and I knownew life is being planted..

I just finished watching a video that
Eric Worre did. If you don’t know him
look him up.

Some of you may know I recently
turned 50. Boy who would have
“thunk” I would be here so soon?
Surely NOT me.

Which brings me to my post today
I to find that some folks are just holding
on to that lucky day when their dreams
will come true. They join our profession
and put it on luck, crossing their fingers
and wishing for the magic to happen.

Well after 50 years it’s safe to say
that yes,luck does happen “some” times
but most of the time and for most of the
folks it never does and so while the “lucky”
believers are waiting for fate to “kick in”
“luck” to appear time has past them by.
And worse, these fine folks with God given
potential believe these desires were just
a foolish idea and they walk away.

While others like myself and many others
believed from the get go that instead of
waiting for luck we would go learn the skills
we didn’t yet processes and develop the ones
we knew we had.

If you are willing to develop skills
and learn the things you don’t your
chances of success are a slam dunk
You can’t “luck” your way to the top.
You can “skill” your every move and
reach the new heights you were shooting
for.

Here’s Truth And All That Jazz,

Everyone is a plural.
Everyone has two selves.
I do.
I have a down, negative side
that wants to live life by what
I only see and under my circumstances.
The “other self”, the positive one
believes in my BEST intentions of MY heart.
And so that is the self I listen to in those dark days.
I believe in the beauty that lies ahead.

Think…. No one success starts out that way.

In the beginning it’s a thought, then it’s brainstorming
better known as Master Minding and at that point it’s
usually not conjuring up plans of greatness. It’s just
swapping ideas. Usually over diet cokes, coffee
and could be while the kids are playing on the play ground!

You get the point right?

You go out and want to start a Home Based Business
You sign up with any one of the reputable companies
Ones I may add started with just a thought..
and you find yourself floundering around barley making
a dime.. What’s the problem?

You don’t think & take in consideration that there
was ground work these successful companies
had to lay before they became BIG.

Which blinds you to NOT think
that you too must lay some
fundamental ground work yourself!

You can’t start off BIG it doesn’t work that way!

What’s your ground work?

It’s training in GENERIC Marketing
not so much the companies training
they have their own agenda and rightfully so.
You want to learn how to market anything!

Training your mind to think.. Better known
as Mind-Set.. This is where
alot of folks give up.
Thinking is the hardest thing we do.
Most are on automatic pilot
and don’t even realize it.

When you take the time and learn how
to think and then study how
the successful think you are better
equipped to take yourself BIG..

Change Your Mind,
Change Your Income,
Change Your Lifestyle..

This fundamental ground work takes time
and most want to Get-Rich-Quick, and when
they don’t they give up.

It’s those who put the time in
that go on and become BIG
in this industry.

How much time depends on you the individual
How strong is your passion to do what you
want to do. Do you have fire belly and a belief
that you could become BIG.
Do YOU matter enough to YOU?

Becoming BIG is NOT really hard once
you decide to make it happen and once
you get out of your own way! (mind-set)
