As I prepared the crowd

pleasing chocolate cookie I make for the

holidays this blog post came to me ..

That’s right this fun loving, “HOT” Grandma from NJ

Makes Cookies and writes Blog Post’s..

Can you see me now?

I have my apron on, my glasses of course

Can’t see a damn thing with-out them!

Checking my recipe to make sure I follow

Each step correctly.

I told you this is an EZ recipe and I’m gonna share.

Hold on just one more minute I promise.. :-)

Call me wacky if you like, but I have been sitting

At the feet of two legends in this industry and I’ve

Been soaking it all up. Learning TRUTH!

And so my mind has shifted from thinking aimlessly

To thinking matter of fact like..I’m a business

Woman and I think like one.. Sue Me…

Here is the recipe I promised

For those of you who don’t want to hang around

Ready?

JoAnn Donahue’s & Paula Deans Chocolate

Gooey Butter Cookies… Yeah I would like

to take all the credit but I can’t..

1 8 oz. brick cream cheese, room temp.

1 stick butter, room temp

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 18 oz box moist chocolate cake mix

* confectioner’s sugar, for dusting

Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

In large. bowl w/ electric mixer,

Cream the cream cheese & butter until smooth.

Beat in egg. Then beat in vanilla.

Beat in cake mix. Cover and refrigerate

For 2 hours to firm up so you can roll into balls.

Tablespoon size balls works best, Then roll in

Sugar. Place on un-greased cookie sheet 2 inches

Apart. ( I like to use Parchment Paper) hint hint

Bake 12 minutes. The cookies will remain

“Gooey”. Cool completely sprinkle with more sugar

If desired.

ENJOY…. Happy, Holy Holiday’s People

Lesson up.. I got a doozy for ya!

What happens when you follow any recipe exactly?

What happens when you forget an ingredient?

What happens once you master the recipe

And are SURE if you added this and took away that

your outcome would be perfect with an added touch?

OKAY ….Lets take one at a time..

If you follow a recipe exactly you will end

Up with something of perfection and a new

Creation for YOU

If YOU forget an ingredient chances are your

End result will be all wrong. Can’t skip an ingredient

And what if you took away the chocolate and

Replaced it with another flavor?

Right, Your result will be one of perfection

And the creation will be ALL YOUR OWN!

Oh, what a feeling!!

It’s the same for your business.

If you get your hands on a working

Business model and you follow it to the exact measure

Your end result will be a “Working Business Model”

If you forget a step. Do I have to explain?

And once mastered…..

YOU start to add to it……..

Now we are talking!

Let me give some examples

Of working business models

Verizon, Walmart, BJ’S, Sam’s Club

Madonna, Kid Rock, and many more..

What’s so very cool is I

Learned that they ALL follow the

Same model..

Bruce Sprinsteen & Rachel Ray follow it too.

Diane Hochman, Kim Shahan, Joe Schroeder, Mike Dillard

And me.. Yep we follow it as well

just to name a few.

A recipe for success is to find a master

(Having the proper tools is key)

In the field you are desiring and then

Study them and study WITH them

Listen to them, watch how they move,

How they talk, And MOST of all

How THEY THINK! Ask them to teach you

YOU how to think.

It’s one thing to make $5k, $7k, $20K

A month.. It’s a whole different story

When YOU BEcome the kind of person

Who makes that kind of money every month!

I’ll be honest it’s hard to find out here… A master

Who is transparent, who will be held accountable

Good Luck!

Everyone is self made ONLY millionaire’s

admit it.

What are you making Yourself to BE?

Peace,
