I hope you took the time
to reflect.
Are you satisfied
with what you SEE looking
back at you?

I have to tell you until I learned
to take a good look inside
AND then decide to
STOP long enough to STUDY what I saw
is when I started to make strides.. REAL
strides..

This little book has helped me.
I honestly carry it with, It’s a great read
at a traffic light, while I’m waiting in line
I take it to bed. I read and re-read it.
